Order Processing

Most orders are processed within 2–5 business days.
 Some handcrafted or made-to-order items may require additional processing time.

Shipping Timeframes

• Small items: 5–10 business days
  

• Large furniture & freight shipments: 10–20 business days
  Delivery times vary by supplier, carrier, and location.
  

Shipping Fees

Most orders ship free within the contiguous U.S.
 Some oversized items may require a freight surcharge clearly displayed at checkout.

Freight Delivery Information

Large items may be delivered curbside. This means the carrier will deliver the item to the end of your driveway or the nearest accessible point.

White-glove delivery (inside placement or assembly) is not guaranteed unless explicitly listed.

Tracking Your Order

Once your item ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Some freight carriers provide appointment scheduling.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

If a shipment is lost in transit, we will work with the carrier to send a replacement.

Damaged Shipments

Damage must be reported within 7 days of delivery with photo/video evidence.
 We are unable to process claims submitted after this window.
